There was multiple roaches in my room and the room had a nasty smell

Horrible Cockroaches , dirty room and no customer service
I do not recommend There were zero food or coffee options, but the bed was comfortable.

Everything is outdated and falling apart mattresses need to be replaced as there have lots of dip down spots and in evenly worn

Room for disabled person. Room was covered in feces (photos for proof) the management made excuses, absolutely disgusting. I can still taste the smell of the room as soon as i open the door. It was so bad i immediately though dead body and then i say the human poop all over the walls the bed, floors and furniture. I will neber stsy at any of these hotels chain again.

Found hair on the tub wall, the kitchen area was in serious need of repair, the desk chair was so dirty I used a towel to sit on it. The ironing board broke when I attempted to iron my uniform. This hotel needs a serious renovation & a cleanliness check.
