OK, but not great This hotel met our needs, and we would stay there again under similar circumstances, however, the room we were in could benefit from a thorough cleaning (gathering dust behind and under furniture), and the air conditioner only worked intermittently (OK since the weather was cooling off and hotel service responded within 5 minutes when the problem was reported).

Great location Near nice restaurants and grocery store right next door! Couldn't have picked a better place! Hotel staff was very accomodating and the room was fine. Even the bed was comfortable. Very quiet place too.

This was a nice Hotel Nice rates, Clean and comfortable rooms and also nice neighborhood, I will back to this one any time when I'm back to Greenville, SC

Staff was helpful and and hotel was quiet. Hotel could use paint in hallways and new carpet throughout, but rooms were clean and comfortable. I felt safe, and the coffee in the lobby was really good!

Extended Stay America Greenville - Airport I stayed in the hotel with my family for 5 nights. The room was okay, conveniently located to many fast food and general stores.

Great room for the money! We had no problems with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, it was centrally located, and we found the kitchen an asset. We would stay at this hotel again!

A Restful Sleep TV remote in first room did not work, but desk clerk assigned another room quickly. She was very helpful at all times. She made sure that I was completely satisfied with my accomodations!
