Ok stay It was an ok stay. You could tell people live in the hotel. I think they should have a cut off limit with rooms to live in and save rooms for guest that come to visit. I don’t think guest should stay in rooms people has previously live in.
The property was dated but clean
The staff here were friendly and helpful. Check in and out were easy. The location is walkable to the Hampton Roads convention center, lots of parking. The room was clean and neat. In room amenities were minimal: had a kitchenette with stovetop, microwave and full fridge, but there were no utensils, mugs or cooking items on check in. These can be requested on an as needed basis. No in room coffee maker but free coffee in the lobby in the am.Towels smelled good. There was a nice comfortable recliner in the room. Great for the price
The property was near Walmart in the mall which is practically in walking distance. A heartfelt thank you to Bernice at the front desk who also recommended local places to eat. Place was very clean. Will most certainly stay here again.
