Overall excellent! Excellent stay. Clean and orderly. There was some leftover trash from a previous guest, but front desk gave me a $10 credit off my stay. Fantastic!
Had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up to check in. Burns marks in rugs and on counter top in bathroom. Also you have to ask for utensils, cups, plates, cookware as they are not in the room.

Janine and Jessica at the front desk were both very sweet and welcoming!! Housekeeping said hello to us on our way up to our room and we felt very invited. Getting dishes to use the kitchen in our room was a breeze. The room was super clean and the perfect location from the Coliseum. We love that we were able to bring our dogs with us as well!! Very nice place. Thanks for the stay.
The staff was very friendly, check-in was pleasant, room was clean. However, this property needs a major make, over. The hallways are very, dark and gloomy, the place just looks old on the inside and needs modernization. Some of the countertops in our room were damaged and pieces had broken off. The refrigerator had rust spots all over the front. The carpet looked old. Its in such a great location and accessible to so much it would be nice see it revitalized.

This property need a lot of up grading for the amount they charge.. They also need to invest in more wash cloths..
