Service-no one at counter ever; waited tooooo long to check in; only one associate doing everything it seems.

I liked everything except the creepy elevator. It was dirty & needed to be swept & wiped down to be honest. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly, polite, patient, & professional. I enjoyed my stay.

I'm used to staying at the home 2 Suites at Hilton so i thought this hotel would be similar. It's only similar in the small kitchen included in the room but without any dishes or utensils or cups/glasses. Although, i booked the room for 4 ppl i still had to ask for extra washcloths. Just have some forethought with each room.

Security is an issue that needs to be addressed.

OK, but I will probably not return. The area has plenty of food options. As an extended stay hotel, I was disappointed that the kitchen had no plates, cups, utensils, etc. At worst case, they could include some paper plates, cups, etc. The sink should also have a garbage disposal.
