The room we got was in good condition and there were no horror stories to report. (I've stayed at a DIFFERENT Extended Stay America and this one was LEAGUES better interns of condition of the room.) I wanted a simple room with a clean bathroom, bed, fridge, and [oddly enough] cupboards and they delivered. The staff was friendly and fun to talk with, especially the staff during the "graveyard shift" hours. Had some odd issues with our room key card, but again the staff members saved the day.

Never again The room was nasty when we got there. They have a kitchenette, however you have to ask for a coffee maker, cup or whatever you needed. Tended to be a pain. The bathroom had no toliet paper and had a piece of poop on the seat!

Pet Friendly in Hampton Very good property. I usually stay at properties that do not allow pets, but my daughter and her cat were traveling with me. This was a very accommodating and friendly property. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
