Hotel was nice and staff provided great customer service. The hallway to the room and stairway had bad smell but room was good.

A decent night for the price We stayed one night. We arrived on deep cleaning day so our rooms were very clean. We were permitted early check in and late check out. Staff were very friendly. I didn't realize that the intended period of stay for this hotel is 7 days and therefore daily cleaning would have cost additional. We prepaid but for some reason it was not registered but that was cleared by a quick call to Hotels.com.

Enjoyed My Stay I was very happy with this hotel. Ms. Helen at check-in was so amazing. There were a lot of people checking in at the same time but she was efficient and kept a smile on her face. The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely visit this hotel again!!

The room was clean. The amenities were pleasing. Liked the little kitchen area. The only kick back I have was the fact that you didn't have daily room service, of which you could have arranged I'm assure, with prior arrangements. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would go again.

Not so clean room My room was not clean as it should have been. There was hair every where in the bathroom and spots on the sheets.

Very basic and not worth more than $100/nt The hotel was very basic and my room's window had a crack in it. It was fine for one night, but I don't think I would ever choose this hotel again.
