The hotel seemed dark and could be a little cleaner
Things were in need of repair. Railings in the star wells were broken or loose
Call corporate Very average. Couldn’t book extensions at the desk, overcharged. Had to call corporate.
Do Better... Morning staff was not very friendly. Had to keep coming to front desk for items that should've been in room (Toliet paper, wash clothes, cups).
Very nice staff!! Room was a great price!! We were evacuated due to Hurricane Florence and they refunded us for the days that we couldn’t stay but already paid for.
One night. Alright for a half night. Bed sheets weren’t clean had hair, no clothes hangers in the closet, and slamming doors.
