We got a very nice room - the hotel upgraded us at no charge, since the type of room I booked was not available.We have stayed here before, and it always seems like they don't have enough dishes, silverware, etc. for all the rooms. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Had trouble w/satellite tv, we were told was due to rainy weather.

Good and not so good. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable (but could have had a couple more pillows and the sheets were not soft). There was a kitchen in the room which was a big plus for me (except for the noisy fridge in the middle of the night). There were a couple of areas which need touch-up painting. A more concerning issue was that the floor of the shower was slippery which could cause someone to fall. All fine, clean enough and basic.
The only thing kept me from giving 5 star is we were told we couldn’t have more rags. We were given 2 rags for 4 people and told we couldn’t have any more. Was told it was hotel policy. Makes no sense
