Had a fairly bad experience. When first arrived stood at counter for several minutes while young man just sat in chair in back before he came to check me in. After checking in and getting to room went down to get the dishes that is being advertised as well as when I called it was verbally told to me that yes dishes come with the room. When went to get them I was told they were out. So had no way to cook for my family that night, very inconvenient as I booked a room with kitchen for a reason. We got a very nice room - the hotel upgraded us at no charge, since the type of room I booked was not available.We have stayed here before, and it always seems like they don't have enough dishes, silverware, etc. for all the rooms. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Had trouble w/satellite tv, we were told was due to rainy weather.

Good and not so good. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable (but could have had a couple more pillows and the sheets were not soft). There was a kitchen in the room which was a big plus for me (except for the noisy fridge in the middle of the night). There were a couple of areas which need touch-up painting. A more concerning issue was that the floor of the shower was slippery which could cause someone to fall.
