Pro - room is clean. - AC works and isn't loud. - requested late checkout and got check out time of 1pm. - not much noise from the street although the place is near busy streets. Con - The place appears severely understaffed. The parking lot had quite some trash when we arrived and for the whole 2 days it was not cleaned. - After 1 day's stay, we found our room door was never locked. There are 2 Staff members that I absolutely can’t speak highly enough ! I am currently homeless and they have been absolutely amazing and so friendly and welcoming ! They treat me like I’m part of their family ! There are other staff members that I will walk out and stay elsewhere with out a thought ! Rhough the staff wasnt always at the desk when I came through, I never had any problems getting what I needed. They did run out of pots and pans so I bought a small set that will come in handy but they kept the property clean and it was fairly quiet considering i was the Christmas to New Years. Had some snow and they kept the sidewalks and as much of the parking lot cleared as they could. Would stay again if I wasntmoving to the area.
The staff was very helpful and the room qas very very clean.
