Pro - room is clean. - AC works and isn't loud. - requested late checkout and got check out time of 1pm. - not much noise from the street although the place is near busy streets. Con - The place appears severely understaffed. The parking lot had quite some trash when we arrived and for the whole 2 days it was not cleaned. - After 1 day's stay, we found our room door was never locked. It appeared closed but anyone can just push it open. The staff was responsive but they didn't have spare parts, so repair is only possible the ... read more

There are 2 Staff members that I absolutely can’t speak highly enough ! I am currently homeless and they have been absolutely amazing and so friendly and welcoming ! They treat me like I’m part of their family ! There are other staff members that I will walk out and stay elsewhere with out a thought !
