My room smelled a bit like smoke. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall and the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust - i had to take a picture there was so much dust on it. I did let the front desk know about the smell and the curtain rod but not the dust

Clean and comfortable
It's an old building, the carpet in my room was filthy, it has an odd smell. The staff was friendly though.
Staff was excellent!! Very nice cleaning staff and John the General Manager was extremely nice, helpful and understanding. As the General Manager, I hope John's property can be updated. He works hard and seems to be given minimal in terms of support and an upgrade to the property which can be hard to work with when it comes to accommodations for guests. Invest in an upgrade and I'm sure you'll get more guest to stay there, which in turn would be a great return on investment. It would boost moral and people will be happy abou... read more
