I didn’t like no room service and they didn’t let people know about the pool was closed and only grab and go breakfast
This was different Stayed here for 9 days because of power outage in Houston. Beds were amazing No hot breakfast or anything to grab when you want, you have to ask for a muffin and when you get it it’s FROZEN solid YOU have to take your own trash out to dumpster Pool is disgusting People LIVE LIVE there so all 5 washers are always taken along with all the dryers that are at a complete stop for HOURS at a time and no one can take the clothes out so others can use them per management. I liked the fact that they had EV charging
Checking in and out was easy and understanding. The company demonstrated clear communication by calling directly for responses pertaining my room such as bed size change. The room was very clean and spacious.
