The room had a strong smell of urine, we was informed that it was the only room with a king size bed pet friendly. We think that the male in front was new since he wasn't familiar with Hotels.com and didn't give us much information about breakfast or internet, to busy being distracted. Not sure who was the young lady in the morning, but she was great. This franchise needs to hire her as the manager.
