None of the amenities listed in the description actually existed. The hotel common area was dirty and despite being ano smoking accommodation people smoked in their rooms. Homeless people in the parking lot at night made it feel not safe.

Horrible this was place overbooked, came in late after paying for the room in order to secure the reservation but they had sold our room.

customer service was trash. canceled my room. kept transferring and getting hung up on. Wouldn't help. No answers. paid in full and they cancel my room hours before check in. you'd be better off sleeping in a tent

They gave us a room that was just flooded the day before, floors was wet, front desk staff was crying and having anxiety attacks everyone was confused. They gave our original booked room to Someone else even though we had reservations. Myself and about 15 others made reservations and they couldn’t accommodate us we was told room they had left was dirty and they didn’t have staff to clean them they can only give us a mop and bedding to put on ourselves.
