customer service was trash. canceled my room. kept transferring and getting hung up on. Wouldn't help. No answers. paid in full and they cancel my room hours before check in. you'd be better off sleeping in a tent

They gave us a room that was just flooded the day before, floors was wet, front desk staff was crying and having anxiety attacks everyone was confused. They gave our original booked room to Someone else even though we had reservations. Myself and about 15 others made reservations and they couldn’t accommodate us we was told room they had left was dirty and they didn’t have staff to clean them they can only give us a mop and bedding to put on ourselves.
