The young woman who checked us in was excellent! She was friendly, efficient, and professional. She was also very helpful in answering my questions and finding the information I requested. Parking is plentiful and the location is excellent, close to many restaurants and only a block away from the Galleria and all the shopping and eateries included there. Overall this place was passable for a place to stay. The rooms are old and they aren't well maintained; there was a wall panel open in our room showing wires. Along with that, some of the power outlets just did not work. There is no proper ventilation in the bathroom. The breakfast consists of a few muffins and a cup of coffee.

I called and let them know I would bebin after 1am. I was told to pick up phone and call so I did. Phone rang over 20 times, then the lady said I will be up there shorty
