My stay Everyone is great especially Charles. But the night attendent has the worst customer service.

Good location, room is clean, good value for price.
It's ok It was ok. It seems like an older facility, but it was ok when you take everything into consideration. The neighborhood isn't necessarily the greatest so I think that has a lot to do with it. It seemed like most of the people there were regulars not vacationers or the like. That being said, it was a quiet place.
There was no housekeeping and the residents were v loud while no one from the hotel staff paid attention to that !
I like the location. The installations need some refurbish.
