First room was so moist water was in hanging art under glass. Late check in was with cleaning lady and she was very unprofessional. Most staff I came across was very nice but not the most professional. I was staying for a surgery and recovery and needing to be sure I had clean sheets and towels daily which they do not love to do for you. Luckily I had family to get them for me from desk when needed. Had to ask for dishes which took a couple tries to get them all. Was a hassle getting toilet paper so we just bought our own. Someone was sleeping in the hallway on the 3rd floor and laying on their backpack. Small ants were on the bar in the kitchen area. The bathroom door would not close. People in the room next to me got into a fight in the middle of the night.
