Less is NOT always Better I expected more from this location, especially being in the Galleria which is a prominent area. All the extra amenities, ie..face cloths, tissue, cutlery, cookware should be accommodated. This is an extended stay hotel, however made me want to leave. I will say that the front desk clerk, Jessica and the early morning clerk Guy was a pleasure to meet. Excellent customer service skills.

It was good over all I would've liked the bed to be more comfortable for example more pillows, and a comfortable duvet.

Loved it This was one of the best hotels I've visited for such a fair price. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The rooms are clean and it's 5 minutes from the mall. Can't beat it. Extended my stay twice

Good location and close to mall. Bathroom was not too clean, trash can was not emptied upon our arrival. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Room had stove and fridge but we did not use. Breakfast can be improved by providing banana and apple as well as cereal, rather than just packaged muffin, oatmeal and granola bar.
