Quick trip to Houston Hotel is close to the Galleria area, definitely walking distance. Check in personnel very friendly, couldn't answer a few billing issues though. Room AC not working, no microwave, shower dripping constantly. But, nice bedding both mattress and blankets. Continental breakfast in these places is a joke, they need to say it is coffee and packaged bars and that is it. The cost was higher then I expect for what you get.

Awoke to running water & staff was Pleasant Staff was great in taking care of a flood/leak from toilet in middle of the night. I called front office at 2:35 and the gentleman was there within 2 minutes cleaning it up and he reported. In the morning as I headed out the maintenance man said I am on my way up. When I arrived later that evening I was asked if it was better. Even the next day at check out the staff apologized and asked me if it was all better.
