Best Extended Stay Experience EVER! Clean room, professional and friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, convenient location...this is the best Extended Stay I've ever stayed in!

HOTEL IS CLOSED. Don't book Had reservations for months in advance. Called day of arrival and they confirmed reservation. Arrived and the hotel was closed down. Was told it has been closed for more than a month. Ball was dropped on so many levels. Extended Stay lying to me. Hotels.com not notifying me of the shutdown.

Justa horrible place it’s smell weed all-over

Initially I booked at this hotel because of the low cost and location, it was very close to where I needed to be. The entrance was not very welcoming at all, could use some organization behind the desk. Anyway, I waited about 20 min before checking in but there was a sign. The room itself (312) was not up to my standards. Rusted refrigerator, stains on carpet. Overall, unhappy. So I decided not to stay and booked another room at another hotel.

The minute we walked into our room it had a dusty smell. The ceilings had weird stains, the bathroom had hair in the sink and the tub. Not only that the countertops didn’t seem wiped down very well.

There was a fire on my floor and the staff did nothing. Provided no guidance or instructions to help ppl evacuate. The alarms started going off just after midnight, there was smoke in the hallway and when I was evacuating the building to wait outside I saw staff in the lobby telling ppl they didn’t know what to do. It took the fire department arriving to have any order or organization. Completely inconsiderate and unsafe. I did not return to my room because of this incident. I was not refunded.
