very convenient for my sons medical tests People were wonderful, exceptionally wonderful. I appreciate the kindness shown by everyone. '
nice but be careful with smoking odors Perfect but some rooms have bad smoking odors that you can't remove (in the carpet and curtains probably)
Just OK The room served its purpose, but don't think I would want to stay for more than a couple of days. The beds were fairly uncomfortable and the furniture and bathroom fixtures are showing their age. As a cheap alternative, it works OK.
Internet service The internet service was not working
Hotel beltway 8 and Katy freeway The refrigerator was loud all night long. The tv was old and small. The bed was rock hard. The beds need to be like Holiday Inn, pillow top. Next time I will stay at the Express Holiday Inn down the street.
