Budget Value & Good Quality * Check-in - super easy * Staff - kind and helpful * Facilities / lobby / hallway - clean, in good repair- no smell of smoke noticeable, but also no "incense" smell to blast you in the face when you walk in! Thanksgiving stay in Houston I'm a repeat customer for this location. Didn't have wireless service the last two times I stayed. This is critical for me. I hope next time this wil be resolved. Other than that, everything was good.

It fulfilled my purpose for being there residents were loud at night and in the hall. The fan in bathroom made a loud noise. Did not have a shower curtain. Otherwise it was fine.

Hotel has an excellent location But need to Get better conditions overall

Need to improvee many phisical Things inside hotel, great location and breakfast
The beds were unmade. No pillow cases and one bed with no sheets, comforter thrown on the chair. The counter was sticky and the tub dripped and gurgled all night. Hotel staff gave us clean linens and we made the beds ourselves.
