quick to please The extended stay was comfortable, clean, and the staff took care of everything quickly and with a smile. Good job by all.

Breakfast was promised and charged for, but not provided. Not even a water bottle given. The reception staff were extremely unfriendly. Overall, a very disappointing experience—would not recommend.

Very terrible behavior from the hotel staff on duty. I made payment for the hotel room via Hotelss.com I got to the hotel at early hours in the morning before 4am but was not allowed to check in. No room left.

Elevator has been broken for months, they will not get it fixed. The rooms smell very musty. There are cockroaches everywhere in the rooms & I had 3 rooms for my crew 233,101,111. They say the rooms get cleaned once a week when you check in, they don't. Cars get robbed in the parking lot. A pimp is running girls here. If your key card stops working after hours. Roaches and bad service After waiting 2 hours to get checked in, there was roaches on the floor, tub and bed and it smelled like pesticide
