Nobody gave me my key to the room It was terrible, my flight got delayed so I arrived at 1 am to the hotel but nobody was there for the check in and give me the key to my room. I ended up going to a different hotel, paying more, plus the commute, plus sleeping less hours

I stayed in a pet friendly floor because I had my dog with me. While I was out, my dog found roach poison in the room. Luckily they didn’t ingest it. When I notified the front desk that someone left roach poison in the pet room and my dog almost ate it, they became immediately defensive that “they did not do it” and did nothing to fix this. I was not able to leave my dog in the room after that due to the safety concerns.

I've been here with my family for awhile. We are home hunting. On Feb 28th I was locked out of my room overnight because there is no night shift person available. I had to sleep in my car. Next morning, the two office people Guy and Lady met several people who were also stuck in the lobby for their lack of service, with no empathy and finger pointing. This property did not have the basic essentials while staying in an extended stay. Bathroom wasn’t equipped with a hair dryer. For an extended stay there wasn’t any dishes, cups, pots, etc. There wasn’t any ice machine at the facility. This place was such an inconvenience.

at the end of the day I was very disappointed No internet the first day, I could walk 2 doors down to get internet on the other days. Had to use the hotspot on my cell do do any work. I used up all my data in one day. I ended up going to McDonalds to use there wifi. at the end of the day I was very disappointed I left a day early and went to LaQuinta

The rude front desk attendant took my money because I didn’t arrive before midnight. The unprofessional attendant was visibly upset they were interrupted. Despite speaking customer service who informed me the room was confirmed, this front desk person placed my reservation as a “no show” and took my money.
