Okay Rooms were very clean and if was designed very well. Pool was good, fitness center was good. Internet was not working correctly and our room ran out of hot water the 2nd day that we arrived. The desk told us to run the water for 15 or so minutes before using but that never worked.
The staff was nice and the location was great. This hotel needs major upgrades. And cleanness was lacking. It’s a great price for what you get.

I've never seen such a disgusting hotel in my entire life. It smells of marijuana in the corridors and inside the room dirty towels never washed dirty sheets with the smell of sweat. I don't advise you to book this hotel because of the horror spent the whole night

A Very Dissatisfied Stay First room- I went to see had holes in the walls, next room I went TV didn't work, no shower curtain, and hair in the tub, next day maintenance came to put sealant in back of the toilet, and then smudged what they didn't use on the counter. All this could have been done prior to my booking or even after I checked out the next day, but the manager Candice made it must. Horrible People doing drugs in the parking lot. I tried to check in after a long flight at 1 am an was told I couldn’t check in until 3 that following afternoon after I already paid online
My mom was hospitalized and I tried to cancel with front desk, she told me go online, when i go online they tell me contact hotel. Got the run around to be charge and its not fair due to i just booked a room week before losing 4 days because my unforeseen situation occured. To think people would do whats right. This may be why i wouldn’t go back. Otherwise room was ok.
There was hair on the floor, bed was comfy, some little beetles running around, and there are no curtains so the parking lot lights are bright
Look somewhere else Says it’s smoke free hotel yet as soon as you walk in it smell so bad like smoke as well as rooms. No conditioner or blow dryer in rooms. Cheap beds , room look nothing like the pictures. Pool is close yet they don’t disclose that. It was so bad we didn’t go back for the second night even if we paid we booked another hotel.
Unacceptable. The place smelled like cigarettes and urine.
