Roaches, mold, appliances not working, but at least the elevator works now

This property had roaches and the staff was HORRIBLE they were unprofessional and the night manager was dressed like she was at home very rude and unprofessional

People knocking food at mid night and bugs at the hotel, very bad experience

Poor conditions, only two elevators and both non operative, dirty, unsafe, terrible location, terrible staff, Expedia’s booking system was not accepted

I showed up and no rooms available

Reserved it at the Airport around 10pm . Took Lyft to get to the property . Was told that they don’t take Expedia reservations at all , and Expedia should’ve call me to let me know . Suggested to cancel reservation and try to find something else. Had to do a cash reservation . Waiting on Expedia to contact the property and refund my money .
