I arrived at 11:00 pm to check in and they told me they do not have a room for me though I had a reservation and paid already. Can you imagine being told you have no room after flying for over 10 hours. Terrible.

I was given a room that reeked of pet urine And pet hair all over the tables counters floors, even on the mini stove and dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty sheets. I contacted Ms.Jeanetta who was so helpful in this regard which I told her I refuse to stay in these conditions she called her manager who seemed to be accommodating in refunding me my stay I have yet to receive because of her avoiding Expedia to process my refund. Please do your research this place is definitely not the place you think it is…….
