Somewhat Ok!!!! Everything was nice except for the first room that I had, had roaches. I informed the night shift lady. She stated she would be to my room within 25mins which something for the roaches. Never saw her nor heard anything back from her. Next morning spoke with Ryan about the problem and immediately move me to another room. However I still didn't feel comfortable eat because I feel roaches are nasty and a sign of nastiest. Close to the Energy Corridor During my five day stay I could not take a proper shower as the water was scalding HOT. I made two request to the front desk to have the problem rectified which never happened. Needless to say I left the hotel knowing that I personally will probably not stay there again, but I would not sway others from staying there.
Alright hotel for location & price Staff could take some lessons in good customer service.. Trash recepticals spilling over causing bad oder in hallway.. Staff should keep breakfast stocked for guests.. Could offer longer breakfast hours

Impressed The hotel room was clean and modern. The kitchen area in the room was perfect for me and my son. The area is nice, mostly other hotels and office buildings nearby. No stores or pharmacies nearby, however, I will definitely stay here again!
