Booked hotel to get some sleep due to driving Booked on expedia was told was getting a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed. Staff was trying to put us in a room with one bed and a sofa bed with 6 people. We was very exhausted and just wanted to rest. Then we finally got room we ordered could not rest due to people partying outside our window all night. Most hotels have a curfew obviously this one does not. Will not be staying here ever again.

Non Availability of cooking utensils and cutleries I enjoyed my stay during the period. However, non available of cutleries & other cooking utensils in the room on arrival was challenging.

I stayed here because it was the closest Hotel to the Porsche Dealership under $100. I got a flat tire and had to be towed. The room was clean, but had a strange odor, there were no Restaurants within walking distance, and there was a lot of highway noise. The front desk person however was a joy, and very helpful. If you have a good food Delivery app, and request a room in the back away from the highway it will be worth the price.

Receptionist was condescending when I asked for a quiet area of the hotel. There was a dog or two in one of the room that barked every time someone walked down the hallway. The screen on the window was bent. I was afraid for our property while we went to grab bite to eat. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

I will first start off by saying that two of the front desk workers out of the total six that were present during my seven week stay provided the best customer service and are the only reasons this hotel gets an "ok" review. Checking in was easy enough. The lobby area looks as to be expected. My room was on the second floor on the back wing of the hotel. Going up the stairs, the smell took over all of my senses. Nice hotel on Energy Corridor The hotel is located in a decent, safe and easily accessible place along the Katy Freeway, Energy Corridor, Houston. It has good and decent facilities for people who plan to stay for a while including in-room cooking gas, microwave oven refrigerators and cooking utensils (if requested for). It is a good place to stay if you have business do along Energy Corridor.
