Nice hotel, breakfast wasnt My biggest issue is don't say you offer a breakfast. You had coffee- no creamer just sugar, and you had a tiny basket of muffins that had maybe 10 in it, and was never replaced. I wasn't expecting a deluxe breakfast, but maybe cereal and yogurt or something. Instead got muffins- but the second day I didn't even get that cause they were all gone before breakfast was scheduled to be over. Also the staff, was never around. Close to downtown Had a hard time getting in after midnight no attendant but I was able to finally get my key to work. Guess we're smoking outside the facility in a group of 5 men I was a bit scared.
Excellent across the board and customer service was good as well
Clean room, but that's about it. Room was clean and cool, which was nice for the hot Houston summer. However I never received kitchen wear, even after asking 3 times to 3 different people. On Sunday, there was so much trash in the hallways, you had to navigate around it Monday morning. Trash and cigarette butts surrounded the green pool. Again, a clean comfortable room for the money, and that’s all I needed for the week.
The front desk took over thirty minutes to show up for us to check in
good price, convenient location I stayed 4 nights in a room on the ground floor. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It had a big fridge, a two-burner cook-top, microwave, and sink --- all clean. The hotel staff gave me a box of dishes and utensils, and a bunch of fliers with contacts to local restaurants, so that I could order the food to my room.
