okay hotel A good night's stay. Pool needs to be shocked, but other than that, everything was clean.

Room Condition Poor Room 208 has loose ceramic flooring in bathroom and kitchen. The shower curtain rod was loose.

Great Hotel to stay in It was very comfortable, Clean, Nice people in the front disk even the laundry lady, she was check us in when we came late night. she was smiley and helpful.

Close to friend The hotel staff were friendly upon arrival and departure. The bathroom was clean, but the shower could use some updating. The wall of the shower wasn't really a solid wall, but more plastic like. I was surprised when I placed my hand against it. Overall, though I would stay again if no other hotel allowed pets.

Room 126 extemely load behind the washers Room 126 extemely load behind the washers. I was told I was going to be moved and never happened. Staff does not seem to care

rude customer service Front desk clerks were very rude and unprofessional. No housekeepers were availabe, no ice machine, and when called for fresh towels I had to bring down my dirty towels to the front desk in order to receive new ones. But room was decent I mean I guess u get what u pay for so....
