No rest It was nice having a regular refrigerator. It was also nice having a stove and microwave. But none of that made-up for the awful bed. The bed was supposed to be a Queen size, if it was, it was the smallest Queen I’ve ever encountered. The bed was also as hard as a rock. I was up every two or three hours with back and side pain. We stayed a total of four nights. After two nights we got TWO foam mattress pads to try to make the bed more comfortable, the pads hardly helped at all. In addition, the phone in the room neve... read more

Extended Stay Put me in a Smoking Room. I Complained, the Desk Clerk said the Reservation was made for a Smoking Room - WRONG - I showed her my Confirmation, she then said they didn't have any Non-Smoking Rooms Available. Filthy Carpet, the Loudest A/C Unit I've everHeard, no Shampoo in the Bathroom , Etc. Etc. I won't be going back !

You tell me I arrived very late and went straight to my room without inspecting. Awoke to sink full of dirty water, roach living happliy in bathroom trash can and cabinets missing parts. Also toilet could almost overflowed after flushing tissue. After returning from work had to go get plunger from front desk to handle myself. Hot water ran low in shower. Lots of very apparent structure noises at all times hard to study for training. Door key on exterior entry quit working had to walk around building to front entrance. Also a... read more

Floors and carpet were nasty - doors and walls so thin everything shook whenever a door was closed - people walking on upper floor sounded like elephants -

A real lover's getaway!! I just can't say enough about the service we received at the Extended Stay Deluxe on I-10 west in Houston. It all began last Friday when I delivered my client to the front desk to check in. They were unable to find his deluxe non-smoking room reservation under my name or his, but after only ten minutes, they were able to pull it up by using my cell phone number as a reference. The hotel was full, but the front desk manager offered to upgrade his deluxe room to an identical deluxe room that she said w... read more

Glad we didn't stay for an Extended Stay We got in late, around 2am. Even though the front desk lady was nice, 3 of the doors didn't work so we had to wait around for her to come back down from her room to let us in. The hallways were filthy. There was trash and black pieces of what looked to be some small plastic thing on the floor. The carpets were dirty, the railing in the stairs had some sort of dirt on it that came off on your hands. There was also a musty scent that enveloped the whole hotel. Our room was fine, except ... read more
