Shady to say the least. This place had more than a few shady people hanging around. Also when I tried calling the front desk I never was able to get a hold of anyone. The only thing in my room as far as toiletries are concerned were 2 bars of soap.

Uh...not so great The room wasnt ready with gear - had to ask for it. Took forever. Room was a little beat up but hey its $99 in the energy cooridor...

mistake in rooms I was given a room that was already occupied, thank god when I walked in nobody was in the room.

Blech Nothing good to say. Poor quality all around. It was chew, that's about the only positive.

Pésimo Hotel Este hotel no hace servicio de limpieza diario, expedia noa dvierte de esto, ni en recepción incluso al personal le solicite limpieza y no hicieron caso No se recomienda, tengan cuidado

Learn some customer service. When I checked into the hotel the customer service associate tried to charge a $100 pet fee versus what the website says, $25 per night pet fee. Then I told him I added another night on Hotels.com and he says he couldn't find my additional night. The next morning I try to find out if they ever found my additional night I had already paid for the same associate told me that unfortunately they were completely booked and they could not honor it. horrible stay My fiance and i needed some place to stay while here for work what turned out to be a quick hotel reservation was the worst mistake ever.the rooms need serious work the fridge was worn and rusty the counters and long blonde hairs everywhere needless to say i was upset. Walking into the bathroom the shower curtain was broken and barely hanging on. When you turned the shower on there was a faint smell of urine and i.could.not take it ive complained to the hotel but nothing was done STAY AWAY.

never would have thought The only thing good about my stay was a staff worker named Le'Paul he was very helpful and kind when it came to correcting a lot of things that were wrong with my room of stay. For a week stay of 467.00 I would have expected better qulitiy period. Phyiscal damge throughout my room it was a little embrassing becuase my visitors were from outta town and i got the room for them. I never will return to the hotel they couldnt even keep the trash dump by the exit doors. A big waste of money in my eyes they... read more

Would never stay there again. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It was very old and run down, and was dirty. I felt like I was in a hotel that rents by the hour. The kitchenette did not have anything to cook with, no pots or pans, so it was useless.
