Very Basic Accommodations One of the employees told me I would be lucky to get a muffin in the morning for breakfast, he was not kidding. Don't expect food, but they do have coffee. A/C made a horrible noise throughout the night, made it hard to sleep. Don't expect room service, was there for a week and never once was the room cleaned. Very basic, room to lay your head down at night, that's it. But it is in a good location and in close proximity to everything in Houston.

Staff is not nice. Area is not nice. Many homeless people wandering outside. Place is not safe.

Dirty Based on the customer feedback, I felt good about staying here but the hotel was terrible. Very dirty and terrible front desk service when I checked in.
