Very Disappointed I reserved and paid online for a King bed with a pull out sofa bed. When we got to the room and opened the door with our key we found there was already somebody staying in that room. The clerk had given us keys to someone else’s room!!!!! When I told her there was somebody staying in that room she calmly said let me see if I can find you something else. Roaches !! I should have listened when previous reviews said there were ROACHES!! All we could smell in the shower was a wet dog. Several dogs barking at all hours of the night. Hallway never did get vacuumed. Just remember YOU WERE WARNED!

Our plane was late and we arrived a little before 9 pm. The lady at the desk said "It's a good thing you're here because I was just gonna close up" like we were a nuisance for her. My wife had medical appointments early the next morning, Had we arrived a few minutes later we would have been locked out and looking in downtown Houston for a hotel room.

Everything is just old. Room wasn’t completely clean. Broken faucet for the tub, ants, roaches, and other bugs in the room. Chewed up gum left on the night stand. Sheets had a burned mark and hole in it. It was just overall horrible!

No vending machines! No coffee! Customer service was poor!!
