The front desk personnel were very happy and nixe and helpful WHEN THEY WERE THERE. Most times they were gone away from front desk and we all sat in the hallwaay waiting. Maids do horrible job cleaning, checked and went to bathroom and poop was in there, kitchen floor sticky, sofa bed was bloody and stained.replaced sofa bed with another stained sofa bed.

Great Stay, very accomodating with our pets. Sadly the wifi wasnt working correctly when we visited tho.

Older building Was an older building so some of the fixtures were worn out. Could use and update and some lamps by the bed. Overall not bad.
Mainly, I liked walking around the building and the big parking lot for exercise. Another plus, it was only an 8 minute walk to my appointment at Mays Clinic on the MD Andersin campus.
Institutional Not crazy about this place. Seems institutional. One of those places that it’s obvious they expect customers to steal from them. Kids on bikes in the parking lot was hazardous.

Great reception by gentlemen.
Great Place! The room was great! Booked it for the convenience to the metro rail, two blocks away. Just jumped on and was at NGR Park two stops later. Close to OST and lots of restaurants. Next time I am going to NRG Park for event, will definitely stay here again. Large parking lot for free parking.
