The property was convenient, check in was easy, lady at desk was very kind and helpful, room was clean. I have been staying at Wyndham when I come to Houston. I'll be coming to America Suites from this point forward.
Well lit and exiting and entering was conveinient. Property outside was well maintained. I witnessed staff walking the halls cleaning and wiping doors and hallway. Staff was very helpful in getting me an extra cup of coffee well after the breakfast was over. Breakfast was fresh and clean...Staff was very friendly and approachable. Thank you!

Cockroaches in the kitchen area. And stained towels. Sticky kitchen floor also.

Medical stay We stay at this location for convenience to md anderson and close some fast food stores and easy access to target market on main streetonly time we had an issue was one year during Houston stock show and rodeothey rented our reserved room as I always book through hotels.com they immediately found us other accommodations. The price ia always right here as well.
