Ya get what ya pay for The location (close to museum district and medical complexes) was great, especially compared to other chain hotels that cost twice as much. But you get what you pay for. The evening staff (Jada) was friendly and helpful, but there were small roaches in the sofa, the plastic mattress wrapper crinkled with every move I made and the carpet had huge stains on it. Breakfast consisted of lukewarm coffee, granola bars and individually wrapped muffins. Next time, I will spend the extra bucks for the competitor... read more

Not a bad bd hotel, but not a super nice hotel either. I guess you get what you pay for. Definitely one of the cheaper hotels in the area. Kitchen appliances (refrigerator and microwave) need to be upgraded. Also spotted a lot of cockroaches. This seems to be the common theme in a lot of the reviews. Try to ask for a third floor room, where you don’t have noisy neighbors on top of you. I had a third floor room and it was very quiet. Stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Only gripe I have is that there was not a coffee maker in the room.

Could've been worse, but it should've been better. For nearly $150 a night, I was expecting a little more. Upon check-in, the front desk was very nice and they offered me a late checkout (12:30pm). The elevator was shotty, had to press the up/down button an extra time to get the door to open. The security latch on our room door was broken, I was able to pull the screws out with my fingers.
