Wonderful people at front desk. The employees were super good to me. Overall was a good stay. Would wish for housekeeping to pick up and bring new towels and bedding daily instead of having to bring used towels down and get fresh yourself.

Houston Trip This place was marginal. Did have easy parking but no restaurants open in the immediate area. Cleanliness was fair. Pool was closed, looks like it had been for awhile. Stayed in a suite. The room only had four towels and when asked for more for the six of us they said they normally do not give more towels? I did get two more so we all could take a shower. The bathroom was very small. Good place to stay! I enjoyed my stay. The room was great. The location was close enough to what I wanted to do in Houston- the museum district, downtown for the opera. Easy access to the highways. Reasonable rate. I made the reservation the day of my stay.
Houston medical center location ... fair rating. Reserved a queen, got a double. Beds not comfortable. Dirty towels in bathroom. NO DISHES OF ANY KIND! NOT EVEN A PLASTIC CUP. Romote did not work for tv. Desk lady was very friendly and efficient! Grounds are nice and close to Houston medcal center.
