We purposefully stayed at this particular property because it had a kitchen and all the supplies that we needed. There was no where on the website that explained that we needed to order the supplies we needed ahead of time. We got there with our food and we're told there were no utensils not even a coffee pot in the room. The property also said that there would be a complimentary breakfast. We were also told at the time of check-in that there was no breakfast due to covid

Lacking and smells Tub was badly stained and no shower curtain. Room smelled very bad when first walked in. Recliner broken would not recline. Requested a few dishes for dinner and was told that probably not gonna get any, then they managed to provide 2 plates, 2 forks and 1 spoon. No cups or glasses. No Kleenex in the room. This was a trip for medical appointments.

Wouldn't recommend. Where do I start. Check in was a hustle, took me 20 minutes waiting outside and a call to hotels.com for me to be able to check in. I did let them know we were driving 8 hours to get there ans that we were going to be late. The door was locked for good reason, there was drunk toothless guy calling and knocking at the door for them to open, calling me "suga and sweet buns" although didn't even looked at him. Location is great lots of fun places near by to eat or hang out close to museum district and zoo

I was taking a friend to the MD Anderson cancer hospital for treatment, and this motel is just across the street from it. It couldn't have been in any more convenient, for the patient or for me! The beds were comfortable, and the room was large, with a recliner, couch, and kitchen. There wasn't a coffee maker, however. I should've carried a cup and some Folger's coffee singles.
