Decent stay The check in was easy n all the staff very friendly. Unfortunately our room had roaches ...we let the staff know n they took information n said try n get usin a different room the next day..we bought bug traps n put out..i was uncomfortable Unfortunately...The staff got a hold of us on changing rooms but it was our last night ao we declined n let them know we had put the roach traps out...the building needs ro be updated n some good deep cleaning but the staff n area was good..

Toilet sometimes did not flush or refill tank, I had to remove lid to correct things. Bed not comfortable. Breakfast bar was very minimal in selections. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has promise, but the place is worn. Clean, but worn. The whole place is in need of an upgrade (halls, rooms, stairwells, etc...). The cost difference - for me - wasn't that great to stay in a nicer place around the corner and I will next time I'm down at MD Anderson.

Very close to MD Anderson, Mays Clinic where I have to go for dr appointment.

Location is superb for my needs. Staff is incredible, Room is spacious, with big windows. Fridge is also big. I liked having a facial soap bar. The only negatives were -- I didn't figure out how to work the shower, I would have preferred two hand soaps & the kitchen sink didn't have a drain screen, I will definitely book again, when I need this location!
