The fact they didn’t have extra blankets we had forgotten ours. I’ll just be glad when everything get back to normal.

Location was perfect for our trip as it was only 5 mins away from Methodist Hospital. The front desk staff, Ms. Norma and Ms. Alexis, were so helpful and kind. But the rooms needed a little more TLC. Restrooms and floors were not clean also, we shared our room with small roaches.

We purposefully stayed at this particular property because it had a kitchen and all the supplies that we needed. There was no where on the website that explained that we needed to order the supplies we needed ahead of time. We got there with our food and we're told there were no utensils not even a coffee pot in the room. The property also said that there would be a complimentary breakfast. We were also told at the time of check-in that there was no breakfast due to covid

Lacking and smells Tub was badly stained and no shower curtain. Room smelled very bad when first walked in. Recliner broken would not recline. Requested a few dishes for dinner and was told that probably not gonna get any, then they managed to provide 2 plates, 2 forks and 1 spoon. No cups or glasses. No Kleenex in the room. This was a trip for medical appointments.
