Just after severe winter storm with power and water failure. hotel was musty in halls and didn’t even have a paper cup in room and no coffee on site. We understand the problems

Great facility Booked due to early morning Medical Center appointment. Front desk attendent was not at the desk, any of the 4 times, I was at the desk. Did not answer the phone. Vending machines not available, after workout room hours. Also, desk attendent had no 'coin change' available for use in the laundry as advertized in the laundry room : no coin change machines, either. Great facility ; lacking personnel.

Pricey, for a weekly rate. Especially for us being there for my son whom has cancer

Adequate accommodations for a good price The staff was very friendly. Accommodations were ok; not overly nice but suitable for the quick overnight stay we needed.

There are zero amenities due to COVID. No transportation. No breakfast. No fitness center. No coins for the washing machine that charges $2 to wash and dry.
