We didn't really know what to expect when we got there but the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and comfortable. This was our first visit of many to the Medical Center area and we will be staying at this hotel everytime that they have rooms open.

I stayed at the Extended Stay Deluxe for four days and enjoyed it. The room was clean and spacious with a separate kitchen and sitting area. The bed was fine. Cable TV. No room service, but you get extra towels and lines at the concierge. There are laundry facilities in the building. I came here for a Texans game and Reliant stadium is only a short walk, maybe 1/4 mile, very convenient. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I will stay here again.

Good place to stay Overall I was pleased with our brief visit. We just needed a room for the night andI was not expecting much. But I will definitely have to put this place on my list of preferred places to stay when I come to Houston. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not so bad i couldn't sleep.

Only one thing wrong Excellent location, Friendly staff, clean room, Just one thing and it was with each person in my group (16 people). The mattress in each room was very unconfortable, did not sleep well at all.

Pleasant Stay We checked in around 6p on a Saturday and checked out for the football game sunday at 11a and walked to Reliant Stadium. It was a spacious room, very comfortable. Would stay there again.

American Idol Audition stay The Location was great, staff were nice, room was comfortable. The only draw back was not having enough towels when we needed them. They told us we had to take our dirty towels down to the front desk to get more, when we did they first said we had to wait until the cleaning staff was done cleaning/stocking the other rooms and if they had any left we could have them. Then we went back down later and they still didnt have any towels...very inconvient. We didnt get clean towels until a few hours late... read more

Cheap The room size is decent, the neighborhood a commercial area, next to Reliant Stadium but the cleaning is done once a week or when guests move out. Bathrooms are cleaned well, but not the rest of the room. Cleaning does not include shampooing carpets--massive stains on carpets in rooms, and outside of rooms in hallways,entrance to elevators, etc.Nor does it involve cleaning surfaces in the room such asf bedside or other tables. It will do. The hotel was a little older than i expected and had some stains on carpets and such but the room was very spacious and fit 5 of us easily without feeling like we were on top of each other. The air was a little contrary and it took a long time to get the room to cool down. the kitchen area was nice with a full refrigerator. Evidently someone complained we were making too much noise and the front desk called our room. which i didn't appreciate since we were all exhausted from the zoo and in bed so it couldn't have... read more
