unbelievably awesome this was a trip for my 5 year old daughter that was having open heart surgery. this hotel was wonderful. they helped with everything, shuttle guy on weekend is amazing. we will stay here again. thank you so much

The front desk staff were not as pleasant as I expected. However hotel was good for the OTC convention I attended

Disappointed The smell of smoke from cigarets in the hallway was very strong and over powering. The decorations and furniture in the rooms were old fashioned and out dated. The breakfast was very limited, & the hot water for coco was lukewarm.

La Concha Great location, right by the stadium. Had everything that I needed to be like I was "home" in a studio apartment. The staff was vry friendly. Just needs a bit of updating so its appears "cleaner". Great Value!

Decent hotel, horrible service We walked in to check in, the young lady behind the counter was on the phone and waved us toward the counter while on the phone. She was clearly on a personal call with a boyfriend/husband and maybe said 3 sentences to us in the 10 minutes it took her to check us in. We had a similar experience while trying to check out. Not something I would like to experience again, horrible service.

Rooms need up dating! Halls smell like smoke! People very nice all very helpful
