NO RESPONSE I RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOTEL WHEN I HAD COMPLAINTS ABOUT ROOM UPGRADE AND CLEANLINESS. WOULD ONLY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN BECAUSE OF PRICE AND CONVENIENCE.

This hotel was nice and convenient. This hotel was nice because it had all of the ammenities and with the kitchen made it feel more like home than your traditional hotel room. We liked that it was close to everything that we wanted and had a good rate. We are not people that travel and stay in hotels usually and it was a good experience. We usually stay in a condo but this was fine. The one thing I didn't like was the charge for internet.

Good value for the price Have stayed at this motel many times. It is starting to show it's use. Could use a sprucing up.

A good room for the money Everything was good. The bed was comfortable; the room was clean. Very easy drive to the Medical Center.

Clean and quiet The room was clean and quiet. The kitchen allowed us to prepare most of our meals which saved time and money. We usually try to stay there when we have business at Reliant Center.

Enjoyable Stay! My boyfriend and I went to a concert at Relaint Park. The arena was like a couple of blocks away, so this was perfect. The only bad thing that happened was when we went to out original room, the AC didn't work but someone came right away and then moved us to a bigger room. The rooms were clean but in our bigger room, the couch looked a little dirty. But other than that for the price it wasn't horrible, and I would definatley stay again!!! :)
