Great location for visitingReliant Park! We were working long days at Reliant Park (which was just a short walk from the hotel) and the kitchen allowed us to prepare all our meals without going out, which gave us a chance to restup as well as save money.

Close to Hwy 610, restaurants, and Reliant Stadium Overall, this was a good place to sleep. It was close to Hwy 610 and within walking distance to Reliant Stadium (which other than football had events going on during the summer time). It was located off of a business office area, so there weren't any strange happenings that we noticed. It is an "extended stay" so we did notice people who looked like they had been living here for awhile. Value for Money Though hotel was an older establishment, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel quiet. What we got was value for the charge we paid.
Great price, location I have stayed here twice and it is not bad for the price. The street and parking lot can be a little noisy, but overall very secure. Front desk is helpful. Price can't be beat!
Great location if you have business in the Medical District or at Reliant Stadium. The front desk person was extremely friendly and nice. However, when we got to our room (this was a first for us) the room had not been made..as if someone had just vacated the place. Needless to say, we were not happy, but the nice clerk, was extremely apologetic and kept saying that the day staff assured her that all her rooms were clean. The pictures on the website look great , in person ….. not so much . It smelled terrible on the floor we were put on . It seems to have flooded or something because it smelled like horrible mold and a porta potty combined plus they were ripping out carpet from the rooms all down the hall . There was pieces of ceiling all over the hallway carpet that they decided to start vacuuming at 9 pm right outside our door . The room was so meh . It looked nothing like the pictures . The room lacked any kitchen dishes. When asked for 2 days about the dishes we finally decided to move. The bathtub felt like it could fall through the floor at any given time.
