The amenities they don’t have to keep guest occupied the coffee was always out of order nothing for guest to drink no food the washer & dryer don’t wash good 1 washer doesn’t work housekeeping don’t ask if you need towels or your trash taken out they don’t come & clean rooms the prices to high when it’s no good Amenities here

Hands down the WORST hotel experience of my life! No breakfast provided, other than mini pre-packaged muffins and a pouch of hot chocolate, not even hot water, no coffee. If you want to exchange towels, you need to bring your dirty towels to the front desk between 7 am and 7 pm. If you need toilet paper, you need to go to the front desk to get yourself. No coffee in room or at the grab and go breakfast. Only muffins - no hot water. or bowls for oatmeal. NO blow dryer in room. No hair conditioner. Very drab rooms- won’t stay here again

Dirty room, poorly maintained property, no shampoo or body lotion, and the “to-go” breakfast wasn’t ready on time even after we asked—made us late. Would not stay again.

Room smelt like mold, water constantly dripping from shower, pool closed, gym closed, no breakfast, no coffee pot, no comforter on bed just 2 thin sheets. I pray i get a refund.

The property required me to pay an additional fee at the property of $3.81, they claimed was for an upgrade which I did not ask for. The room was dirty with human hair on the floor, bathroom, tub and sink. Doors where coming loose on cabinets and no hangers in the closet and no doors on the closet. The curtain would not close together to block out the light from the parking lot.
