Room was dirty and floor sticky. Tub and restroom not clean. Customer service was awful and the attitude was unsatisfactory. Couldn't get towels replaced and everything was questioned when we were just trying to get things cleaned or needed more towels.

Not clean - Bath towels from previous guest were still hanging on the door. Multiple rooms were under renovation and left dusts and dirts in the hallways. Poor maintenance - Hair dryer was broken. The room was dark. Safety issue - Homeless people were gathering at the bench located right next to the hotel man entrance inside the parking lot. I did not feel safe during my stay. Sad breakfast - it was just coffee machine and muffins grab to go. No dining area. No fruits, no yogurt, no waffle.

Since this was a suite with a kitchen, I expected dishware and silverware. There was none. There was not even a coffee maker in the room. The "breakfast" that was to be included consisted of only packets of instant oatmeal and coffee...that was it. The shower toiletries included only a small bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo. There was no conditioner. Disappointing.

Beware of this place! Filthy room and hallway, skimpy bedding, smelled like weed most of the time. Couldn’t wait to leave. Overall disgusting. Floor in the room was filthy. People above us were noisy all night.

Muy mal todo en este hotel.. desde que llegamos nos dijeron que teniamos que sacar el carro temprano el proximo dia pk habia partido en el estadio y que se rentaba aparte. El hotel huele muy feo y habia insectos y pelos en la cama.. todo horrible. El personal muy grosero

Las habitaciones son muy diferentes a las fotos (no hay alfombra, las paredes son de un color diferente y pintura vieja y sucia; muebles rotos). Clean room, staff was helpful. Property is old, under renovation inside so was dusty and bit noisy during the day. Breakfast is non-existent.

I would leave a zero Hello, My stay was from 09/03-09/10. However we had to leave a day early due to the condition. We are from the San Antonio area and my wife is a cancer patient receiving treatment in Houston. Upon our arrival our first room smelled terrible. We thought the room may have just been musty from non use.
